Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Pop Customs. We aim to provide you with the best service and ensure that your custom products reach you safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply issues, we will contact you via email to provide an update on your order status.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays. Pop Customs is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing:
Your tracking number, and
A link to track your parcel directly with the courier.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Pop Customs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.
5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request re-shipment by paying a new shipping fee.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.
However, if your parcel arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at pop.customize@gmail.com with your order number and details.
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and offer a resolution (replacement or refund) where appropriate.
7. Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately due to availability or packaging requirements. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered production or been shipped.
Once processing or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
